I'm a believer in the more narrow tires for handling more like a bike. The Vredestein Comtract 175/75/16 is awesome, sweet spot on the Harley is 34-36 lbs. but took 70 to bead. There is nothing narrow looking about it mounted on the bike either. It geared me up 4mph, which put my speedo spot on and corrected the odometer. Stock was 150/70/16. $150 with shipping free.

This tire will clear the left side swing arm where the space is limited and no problems with the fender hitting, how long it will last I don't know, I'm in the process of wearing it out Very Happy , the sidewalls are stiff, if you go with this tire I suggest that you force the sidewalls out a bunch and let it set for a while, doing so will make seating the tire a LOT easier, I run 40 lbs in mine and the tread is wearing square because I have a sidecar attached to mine.
