Putty knife/sealing rims
I have several guy ask me about how to make a putty knife to get the flow even. So I made something out of cardboard to show how, I didnt have a plastic knife, and the only reason I use the plastic is I can toss it when Im done. The 5200 is very light when dry and I wouldnt worry about getting it perfect .
Very simple proscess, if you have a bench grinder it makes it alot easer.

What do you use to seal the rim? Does it last a long time? Is it safe?

Re: Putty knife/sealing rims
There is a post on what to use and how to. Just go down untill you find it.
I just pulled a tire that had almost 14,000 on it. So far I havent lost one pound of air out of mine.
I love the spoke rim It looks more like old school.
Sealing them isnt hard, its very easy to do., and the nice thing about it, it works, as long as you do it right and take your time. Its a good whinter project, but it does set up faster in 95 degree heat.
