are the bead specs of an 18" mc tire the same as an 18"Ct?

New here and not very knowledgeable about tire design.
I am trying to find a way to mount a ct on a 1988 flhtp HD with a sidehack.
It will take a lot of modification to do it. I was considering using a 18 custom MC wheel.
Can someone point me to the specifications for the rim diameters of car and mc wheels? Is it available on line?
I'd hate to buy the wheel and tire and find out they don't work together.

The short answert is that they do not spec out the same, but it works and works well, instead of buying a new wheel lets try to find a tire that works on your current wheel. What size is your stocker tire?
