When is it time to replace? Empty When is it time to replace?

My douglas has about 10k on it and I am down to the wear bars. The little tread grooves are gone in the middle, but as you all know, there is about a good 3/16 tread left. Should I just keep riding it or is it time to switch her up soon. How is everyone's tires holding out? I consistantly keep 35 to 38 psi in it. I do love the c/t. I have an extra douglas laying around, but I think that I might want to try out the GYTT soon. They make the GYTT in a 65 series, right? I don't want to go with the 70 series. Thanks.

Mines got over 19,000 on it and I don't think I've used half the tread yet. Keep mine between 38 and 41 psi.

Sure hope the VTX does'nt eat dry , rusty splines like the Valkyrie does . We " MUST " do maintence on ours every 10,000 to 12,000 miles.

That's right we VTXers still remove the rear wheel and apply moly paste to the splines every 10,000 miles just like everyone else does.
