Everything that was needed to get this job going has been on my truck. My boss would not let me do The Dragon to get to Fontana so I had to settle for playin' on The Hellbender 28.Our Lay-Down yard is at the base of the rock quarry that was used to build Fontana Dam.

They expect some problems with this job because of the steep terrian . A couple place's on the mountain they can't get a D6 dozor to climb 50 % of all the pole holes are being dug by hand because equipment can't get to it. A helicopter will be used to fly man and materials to the right-of-way. They will also fly the steel and string the wire by helicopter.
