Re: ct working great
you got that right mark, plenty of miles and loving it.Only one problem being 63 it takes a little longer to get over a trip.AS long as we are on the rode its all good, but after we get home the age starts telling on you.I guess while on the road it feels so good you dont notice.
Guess i will have to just ride more then I wont have time to be old
ride safe and have a great day.By the way I run the same tire as you.

you are right at 10 yrs older than me, but I know of what you speak, on the getting over the trips.
will you go to the next size up when you need a new rear tire or will you stay with the 165/80/15? When the time comes for me, I'd like to go wider. I think 195 may be max width for my vlx, so I'm flopping back and forth on a 185 or a 195, but I'm still many miles from an upgrade.
good luck , ride safe.

Re: ct working great
I think I would like to go as big as would fit.I like the looks of the wide rearend.Being lazy and have not did any leg work as to what would fit. Also dont know about the handling of a wider tire.
Take care and have a great ride
