Tire for 1300C with sidecar

Can anyone recommend a car tire from 165/15 to 185/15 that will seat at a low pressure and have good life?
It will go on the back of a 04 1300C VTX with a sidecar.
I am not looking for the wide tire look just a good tire that seats at a low PSI.
It looks like the seating PSI varies all over the place. Any idea why?
My local Honda dealer said if I can find a car tire that will fit he will mount it.
