Everyone please resond with total miles on darkside

OK, I'm working on gathering some stats as there are unbelievers out there (no shocker right!) anyway, I was talking to another RiderCoach and he is still having a hard time believing it is safe. I figured if we could all post how many darkside miles we have I could total the number up and show that among our site we have XXX,XXX miles ridden in total safety on car tires.

So, please post with your milage and I'll start adding them up.

As for me I have a measly 4,500 miles so far.

Just over 9K on the darkside, love it. It was hard to get that many miles without turning>

15K darkside miles 12K on a Kumho 165/80R-15 3K on A Strata Zeno plus 205/65R-15

give or take about 7K here....

7k here. 4k on the Kumho. 3k on the Grabber.

30 miles, but they were all over 188 mph :-)

well, the 1/4 mile races were only 150 mph ...

About 5k on one tire with very little sign of wear. Lot's of twisties (lately). Regular commuting on city streets. Long trips on interstates also. No problems noted.

I have 372 miles but thur. I'll have another 200+ miles to add

12k on the kuhmo killed it doin too many burn out and 2k so far on the 205 i got from wallyworld the same one as twin just cant think of the name right now

<----- has total of 7.5 K 6.5 k on the Douglas 205 and 1k on the Kumho 165.

Not really sure, but its some where between 10 and 12k
Three different tires, 165 then went to 185, broke a belt and bent rim, hit firewood in road, had to burn up a mc tire for about 8k , and now the 205.

High side of 8500 miles. All on Kumho 165. Only used about 3/32" during that time from new.

As of right now...right at 25700ish...15k on the Dayton 165r15 and the diff on the MIchelin HydraEdge 205/65/16...and it's still almost new looking.

Hard to do a burn out with the 205...keeps pushing the front end out or trying to wheelie.

42,000 on my Valkyrie car tires. Haven't put my tire on the VTX yet. In the shop being worked on.

18,500 for me. 11k on the kumho and 7500 on so far on the toyo proxxes.

Been darkside (Sonar, 40.00 tire) for 4 months and I've got 6000 miles on mine, plus the 1000 that Insp484 put on it before I got it from him. this includes talamena, the dragon and cherohala and lots more.

About 5,000 for me. Thunderstorms this morning and I was more worried about the front tire slipping than the back.

9200 on my toyo and looking good btw are you all running the dynabeads , i just ordered some to see how they work

I put dynabeads in mine before I went on vacaton, and I'm still undecided about them. I guess I was hoping some noticable difference in the ride. I probably won't get that until I break down and change bearings and springs.

54k on the LC before I sold her.
