Ride The Dragon /March 28 & 29/Bring It..LET'S RIDE

We already have a good group thats made the commitment to be there so I'm opening the invitation to anyone else that would like to join us. We plan to ride into Robbinsville, NC on friday evening March 28 for the pre-ride party at Philips Motel . Saturday March 29 we'll ride The Hellbender / The Dragon / Cherolaha Skyline / Bald River Falls / Coker Creek to Field Of The Woods.To make reservations call The Phillips Motel in Robbinsville ,NC 828-479-3370. Remember that Robbinsville is " DRY " so no alcohol of any kind can be purchased " BRING IT WITH YOU " .Phillips Motel is one of the cleanest motels you can stay at its also small so if you plan to ride make reservations as soon as possible. Very tempting.. Gonna see if I can get that Friday off. Never been that way, all I know it gets warmer the further South I ride. That is a plus in it's self...REAPS

Clocks ticking and I still haven't landed a job??? To Dragon or not to Dragon, that is the question. Those two little guys on my shoulders talking into my ears are at war!! Who will win!!! This is painfull, the only cure may just be Smokin Joe and The Dragon,,,,,REAPS

This is gettin tough, down to the wire!! Still no job, going for another interview tomorrow, got my fingers crossed.. If I get it, I will make contact with the king of the Dragon, Smokin Joe... and hit the road tomorrow night. This is gonna be real close!!! I am trying, and praying. The ride is on rain or shine they are calling for 30 % Saturday . We never cancel a ride because of weather if it rains it rains if it snows it snows etc.etc. Took this shot on Mount Rogers the highest point in Va. I have never seen it snow so hard and lay so fast in my life.

Hey Bobby, thanks for asking, couldn't go yesterday, they cancelled, supposed to be today, but I hear they got a foot of snow up north there. No big deal gonna leave in an hour. Lets see what happens.
Joe you are the man!! You just upped your riding status in my book!! Riding in the snow pretty cool. I guess with the CT it is no big deal, ya can always screw in some studs for more traction!!
Sorry can't go, promised her I would have a job first and the weather stinks here. Gotta keep Momma happy we have a big move coming in 2 weeks and she is having seperation anxiety, 21 years here, kids raised it is a little tough on her. She is excited but has those hormone moments.,,,REAPS
