bike tire to car tire

If anyone can help????? I'm looking to replace my rear tire with a car tire I have a 2007 Kawasaki 2000 Classic, I have been hearing alot of you are using car tires, right now I'm using an Avon 2006016 and they are not lasting, if anyone could suggest a size and make

looks like a 205 65 16 or a 205 70 16 will fit it. welcome to the site
