How many miles

How many miles can I expect to get of a CT? I get 40k+ on my car with 4 tires but a lot more weight. I've heard 20k, and this is compared to 8k on a MT. Still, 20k on a cheaper tire, with no ill side effects is pretty intriguing. Plus it's NOT getting the tires replaced as often. Hmmmmm gotta be a downside somewhere, but can't seem to find one.

Let us know if we can answer anymore questions. I can't answer this one as I'm on my first CT. But I'd expect 15k to 20k ?? maybe less. I actually don't care if it's 8k. the ride and grip is so much better.

Hey Guys, I'm totally over my jitters!!! I love it!!!! took one of my favorite twisty routes and I was doing the turns alot faster than I usually do on my old MT.

This tire had 23,000 miles on it...probably could have gone another 10 or so but i changed it out for summer trips.
