Ok, So nothing fits a Harley sportster 16" rim. 
What if I have a hub relaced to 15" car rim? Has anyone done this? Any lacers to recomend? Any 15" tires that are max 6" wide?

On a sportster your only going to be able to go so wide, you are limited because of the belt.
I would look at aftermarket rims.

Yeh the tire on it has a cross section of 5.9"= 6" max width of the tire.
The big question is anyone know of a 15" CT with a 6" max width or cross section? And what width of rim should I have laced? I believe a 4" rim is good
