Re: custom radiator cover
thanks !! there is a guy on ebay by the name of "mikescustomgrills" . he actually makes them instead of being a third party like most sellers are.i told him the demensions it would take to fit my bike and he did a perfect job.i highly recommend this dude.very fast shipping from canada an a very honest person.along with the grill,he sends a drill bit and stainless mounting hardware.this design is not the only one he has.he has a few different ones including an eagle design.Badmoon wrote:I like it. Re: custom radiator cover
i allready thought about that.i did have my rad half covered with cardboard so my engine would run a lil warmer.when i got the grill,i took the cardboard out and its not runnin as warm as it did with the cardboard as i like it so its gettin enough air flow.the cracks in the skull head have airflow as well.there are peeps on the shadow forum that are runnin more blockage on their rad's than mine.i keep my engine and rad well maintained.but thanks for the concern.Larry Simpson wrote:I think they look good but wouldn't block that much air flow on my radiator.(proubably alright in the winter)
