Reminder to cover those controls when going through intersections

This one is only a few miles from home for me. Witnesses said that the light had been red long enough for cars to be 2 or 3 deep in the other lanes... The responsible party is in ICU. I'm hoping they keep him alive long enough for him to realize what he's done and maybe go after him for manslaughter and put him away for a good while.
