Help with tire size Empty Help with tire size

Post  NM_Eman Wed Aug 26, 2009 12:23 am

I may be looking for something that doesn't exist but maybe somebody out there has some information. I'm looking for a car tire for the rear of my sidecar rig. Car tires are common on sidecars but my rig is a bit unusual. Its based on a Suzuki V-Strom so I'm looking for a car tire to replace my 150/70-17 rear tire. Any suggestions?

how wide can you go? looks like that 215 is the skinniest tire in a 17" rim.
is there any way you can put a 15" rim in there?
sorry I'm not being any more help but tire manufactures make what they can sell quickly.
