spoke question

gonna seal my rim and was curious what to do if some time in the future the spokes need to be tuned... I was gonna use the rubber flap and just seal over and around it but would it work? any info or ideas appreciated... thanx much

I have 50k on my bike and the spokes have never been touched.
You can allways take it out and redo it.
