Radials & Bias
New here, 2003 Kawasaki Voyager 1200
On my bike they say to use only biased tires with my rims. Why? I don't know. Anyone know the reasoning?
Should a radial car tire be used on my bike? I am hesitant because of the biased tires only reference
Also, if I use a radial car tire, should the front tire also be a radial? I have Dunlop biased E 3 on it now. Could I keep that on the front?

Re: Radials & Bias
Go for it. Some stock bikes come with mixed tires from the factory. I have never read any report about problems with a biased tire up front and a radial out back(that is what I have on my VT1100-T).
