Just checking in. I have a Hankook 215/45/18 on a VTX1800f. Changing it today with another Hankook at 18000 miles on the tire. I was hoping to get 20K out of it but I am far from disappointed.

18K is still 2 motorcycle tires and a better ride all the way around. Thanks for the report.

I changed mine at about 22K or so, but it probly was ready between 18 to 20K. Sounds about right! thumbup

Just curious, what is the estimated mileage warranty for that tire?
Mine is about 70k, so I figure I might get 40k. ??

Just took the wheel and new GYTT 205-60-16 for mounting and balancing. i am so anxious to try out the new setup.
I finally took the plunge after buying and mounting 3 new rear tires in 5000 miles! All have succumbed to punctures. The last one had less than a thousand miles on it.
Thank you all for your messages to the forum. It gave me the information necessary to make the move.
