OPPOSITION TO THE safety thread.
Maybe I'm just a disgruntled ol' fart with a death wish, but that ain't so, exactly. I'm just not afraid of dyin', not afraid of riding (once the "Mojo" kicks in) and not afraid to bypass a few
laws here abd there that may impede me and mine from getting to point B from point A, including a sandwich and a smoke break for those who do that. So, I have to wonder; are me and
mine just cruiser-ridin' jet jockeys, or are there actually a few of you out there with some stones who can actually hang? Just so ya know, we did a few who "thought" they were the "ONES",
but they sort of got lost back in the weeds as we preceeded on up the boulevard at what we do....! And Yep, we ARE on cruisers, albeit somewhat modified to perform.
So ya know, thus far, it's been Ron and I(Road Rash) and 3 crotchrocket riders who could hang. We'd just like to find a couple more, especially if you like to CAMP, and can ride the usual
"second day" minus the trailers and gear, and just get FREE??? This is what WE do, and will wait for those riding their own rides, but I doubt we will have abundant patience for those who
cannot keep a pace close to ours.
However, we DO wait for those riding thier OWN rides until they catch up.
Always remember, brothers, "NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND!!!" And the campsite is the final meeting. You don't show; we go look. You will be found.

Opposition
Somedays I wants to ride slow, somedays I wants to ride fast. Sometimes beer and/or caffeine are triggers, sometimes its just the weather. Up untill not too long ago I was the worlds oldest living teenager. But speeding tickets are not allowed. I've got no money for that. My fatcats make too much noise for me to play loud in any city in Wisconsin, so I'm usually pretty conservative.
I hope to visit you in March. I'm still lookin for an inexpensive dog sitter for my lab.

Re: OPPOSITION TO THE safety thread.
With all the help you've given me Dan, it would be my greatest pleasure (aside of meeting Christ someday) to meet you!
I can't afford tickets either, barely can afford to ride much, but I just can't stay off of her, can't stay throttled back when in the hills,
and can't slack on maintenance, ever. I've been late on bills for an oil change and battery. I've endured endless rants from the OL, for
going riding broke or in bad weather. I have slow ride days too; just depends on the mood or weather.
That's life, I guess.
March it is then. I'll try to get my riding pard Ron down here too; you gotta meet him and I hope to escort you on the way out when you
have to leave. We have a lot to talk about.
