car tire on mean streak? what will work

I need to have this settled pretty soon, I am going on a ride Wednesday, I have two days to get a car tire on. What size is best and do I need to modify the driveshaft tube to do it?

Ya might take a look at this one... Don't think you have to modify anything, but not sure.

Thanks a bunch, sure would be nice if I don't have to cut anything. It will be Tuesday night before I can put it on. Nothing like being in a rush.
