N00b questions

I know these questions have been asked but I cannot find the answers to one of the questions and the link to the other question will not show the pictures.

To start off I have a 2004 honda shadow sabre

Here is my first question:

1. My tempature light comes on and flickers. If I am turning it will synch with the blinker. I have read to take off the seat and look at the cables or open the fuse box and unplug then replug everything. Has anyone ever had this issue and does anyone have a step by step fix?

2. Taking out my baffles. My bike is quiet. The link I found here does not have pictures. Does anyone have pictures or a step by step guide with pictures?

But a 195/65/15 will fit your bike.

Not specific to the shadow but sounds like feed back due to bad ground.Check all ground connections from the battery to the frame and engine,current will find the path of leaste resistence you may need to pull and clean connections.
