Dunlop run flat
Hi All,
Trying to go to the Darkside but I can't get the Dunlop Run Flat to seat on the rim. I've had up to 100 PSI and plenty of tire lube in the tire and it will not go the last 3/16 ".
Any suggestion on how the get it seated.
Thank you
Hichey

Re: Dunlop run flat
If you are talking about 3/16 all the way around the
Rim, then you are already seated. if a tire dies not seat it will only be a section of the circumference that is not seated ..... Any questions call me at 2175088100

It's done
Thank you Smokey2255,
I did what you said to do. A friend stop on the way home and we did what you said but it still wouldn't seat so we took a dead blow hammer and beat around the tire and it popped on. Now comes the fun part taking everything off and putting it on. Again Thank you Smokey .

Re: Dunlop run flat
No need to take anything off, just lay the bike on it's right side and the tire comes right out and goes in easy as pie. I lay mine in the yard so I don't scuff it up. If you have lower wind wings or cruise pegs on it take them off too. Cruise pegs are more optional off than the wings. Good luck.
See you out there
