best tire and size 4 96 intruder 1400 ?

a buddy just told me about this site, planin on getn new tire in about 3 weeks, i ride ALL YEAR in ANY condition.......cept hurricane, havent done that yet. Whats a good tire for mainly rain ? Anyone pull a trailer with this setup ??
