New to the site
Well I have been lurking for awhile now. I found this site by doing an online search. I decided it was time to say hello to everyone......
I will be reading a lot on here as I plan to move over to the dark side when I do my next rear tire change. So I will be researching info for the right CT for a 97 GL 1500 SE Goldwing. I just put a new set of Pilot GT's on the wing so I have time until I need a new rear tire to do some research. As they don't make these tires anymore and the fact that I have a tow pack installed on the wing I think a CT would be the way to go.
A little info about me.....I live in Alabama (near where all the tornados hit) and I work around the world. I am working in Angola Africa now as I type this...
I work a schedule of 28/28...which means I work 28 days and I am off 28 days.....which gives me time to do some riding on the wing.....
I have had the wing for 2 years and have totally gone over it and fixed anything that needed fixing. It has 196,000 miles on her and still going strong....
Glad to be apart of this forum. Hope to learn a lot!
