Re: DynaBeads???
Little balls you put inside your tire or tube and they continue to balance your tire as your riding. You can check them out at inovative balancing. Got them in both tires, and had them in the tires before these. They work.

Re: DynaBeads???
Okay, just is that the alternative? or can you still use regualar clamp on weights. or is that not a good idea with the c/t on a moto rim.

Re: DynaBeads???
Dynabeads are a different method to achieve tire balance. You can read about the physics of how it works here - http://www.innovativebalancing.com/HowItWorks.htm
With heavier tires like what are used on trucks you can combine weights and Dynabeads, but with sizes used on motorcycles it is not needed.

Sounds neat! I think i might give them a try while im at it. How much should I get? Just an oz or so? the tire size im going with is 175/60/16.. Dont know if that helps with the guess. I do my own work so a shop will never see this thing. thanks again everyone! I just joined here a few days ago. and it's been a TON of help!

Re: DynaBeads???
2 oz in the front m/t, 3 oz in the c/t should be plenty.

Re: DynaBeads???
I would humbly like to add here. (humbly cause I am new and do not want to be viewed as an upstart ) I am thinking that dynabeads may be limited. I would first balance the wheels sans tires then use the dynabeads to balance just the tire. Just my 2 cents.

Re: DynaBeads???
Innovative balancing recommends against using weights. They will hamper the beads effectiveness.
