Front tire for a GL1800 three wheeler

I have converted my GL1800 over to a three wheeler and I want to put a car tire on the front wheel, does anyone have a suggestion as to what tire to use?

That's a 130/70/18 stock size right? I don't think anybody makes a cartire close to that width on an 18 inch wheel.
Some people use a wider motorcycle rear tire on the front. Opinions vary on if it should be mounted in reverse or not.

All true... If you want further info on tires on a trike including the front and/or mounted forward or reverse check the link below out. I think you will find all your answers. A lot of them use a Michelin but they are about as scarce as Hens teeth right now. Another excellent choice is the Bridgestone BT-45 BattleAx. They, basically, are rear tires from crotch rockets and are giving 25,000 plus miles and a lot of them are mounting those tires in reverse. The reasons why are on the site below.
