Darkside In The Snow
We had about a foot of snow last Saturday. I use a snow blower on our 200 ft shale driveway. Had some light dustings since then. No temps above freezing, so the snow never thawed and froze over. By now the roads are dry (after sunup), and just light snow on the driveway.
Our driveway is a slight grade, downhill out, uphill in, with a straight shot right into the garage.
It was the front tire that caused any concern. Not a real problem, hairy but not risky.
This will greatly extend my ride time this winter.
Never would have tried it with a MCT.
Love the Darkside advantages, all of them.

Re: Darkside In The Snow
Thx. for th positive info.
My bike will never see snow, that's for sure, but so now and then I get caught during
some showers we have during this season. I always try to avoid them since my rear fender
is very short. (At te moment I'm even riding without the front fender also)
It definitely feels good riding dark on a wet pavement. Much more secure.
Have a good winter !
