Boy that CT was horrible...
In looking at RF tires for the wing (2012 NAVI) I see many many choices (195/55R16 RF). Most seem in the pictures to have a rounded profile (for a CT anyway). And I have read a couple of hundred posts on the merits of various RF tires. - My question is - do any of them totally suck?
Using TireRack.com as a reference - I really like the look of the Bridgestone Blizzak LM-60 and the Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip GW-3. And Doc's Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 ZP also looks great. If the performance is roughly equal and the wear is roughly equal - does it make a difference which I get? If not, it becomes a cost issue and that is easily quantified.
So which ones suck?

Do you ride in the snow much? Why not a all season tire, you would get more miles out of it.

Oh Snow! no...
I am not much for riding on the snow but have been caught a few times.
But I am looking at the winter tires. The only issue is my need for speed...

The guys on the Gl1800 Darkside board who put a lot of miles on them say there's not much differencerrounds wrote:Do you ride in the snow much? Why not a all season tire, you would get more miles out of it.

in mileage between "winter" tires and the others.
The mileage is more related to how aggressive you ride.
