Well, I now have gone 3000 miles on my Michelin Hydroedge. The tire still looks new!!! I don't even think about it anymore when I ride I just ride like I always have/did with the motorcycle tire. Now that I have riden for awhile and see the lack of wear on the tire I wonder why I even questioned all the experience from those that knew.... Will stay with the forces of the DarkSide....

I too have just passed the 3000 mile with a Michelin Hydroedge. When it was new the tread depth measured 11/32. I just got the bike inspected on tuesday and the mechanic marked the rear tire as 9/32 tread depth. At that rate I will be riding on it for another year or two. I am Lovin' it. Very Happy
