New Job! Finally made it to where I want to be.

Well, I got my phone call this morning. I will be leaving the oil field and heading into the career I have wanted for some time now, but for one reason or another never really pursued. I will be going down tomorrow to take my entrance exam and then my phsycological evaluation and providing I'm not dumb or crazy I will be starting my job in law enforcement. That's right, a stinkin cop I'll have no trouble at all with the written exam (got a 1300 on my SAT way back when) The only issue may be if the shrink finds out I have a car tire on my bike they may list me as crazy!

Man, I have been quiet about this cause I was afraid it would fall through, but apparently they liked my interview and so now it's time for yet another page in the life and times of George to begin.

George......Good luck bro.....but dont tell them about the little voices, or the fairies that sit on your shoulder....Does Wy have those busa cop bikes? That would be cool. I could see you getting 100 miles in 45 min. or less..... Go for it.

My older brother was going to go for those job in WY awhile back. He passed all the test and they have someone came and did interview with families about him. At the last min...he decided not to go.

Congrats George. We wont hold your being a traitor against ya. JK , one of my best friends if the Chief of Police here in my town. The only folks I know that "hate" cops are those that have way too many dealings from the wrong side of a situation. Good luck and congrats again

thanks guys, I went and took my police entrance exam today and scored a 97% so they were pretty impressed. Now all that is left is for me to pass my head exam and trick them into thinking I am not really crazy. If that goes well I will start in a couple weeks.
