I really love the WWW look. BUT I want to go to a CT next time around. But if I order a WWW Ct from Diamond it will cost about $195.00 but it will have WWW on both sides. Then if I don't like the CT then I have to get a MT for $166.00 @ DL. What do I do with a 2 sided WW. for $195.00? If I get a CT black wall then I would need a front MT @ $133.00......................
OK..............Give me your ideas.

Find a used tire fron a tire outlet or a junk yard to try and see if you like it. You'll be out less money and you'll know if you want to spend the extra money.

+1..get a decent used tire or a cheaper regular CT to see if you want to go that route...then get the double WW CT when you're ready.

I don't really think it is much of a gamble if you pick a tire that has been tried and proven. You just have to spend the time to find the right pressure for your taste. On the other hand if you don't try it you will never truly know the benefits. You have the benefit of the experience that all these fellow bikers can and have voiced un like some of us that just did it not knowing that were going to crash and burn. Trust us. On your bike, go dark. If you don't like it, just put 30k on the tire and switch back.
