About to make the (small) leap
I followed George's lead and ordered my General Grabber 205/70/15 last night. Hopefully it'll be here Friday. I really like the look of the directional tire. I've had my eye on that since he first proposed that tire (if memory serves me correctly).
I must also say I'm thoroughly impressed with Innovative Balancing. Ordered a 3oz bag of beads w/ applicator, and about $20 of misc other things that I may or may not need. I placed the order at midnight local time, and before 7:00am it's already in the mail. Kudos.
Maybe now that I'm officially joining the club, I may do less lurking and more posting
Got a trip to Sturgis planned, so it's coming together at a perfect time. I'll have at least 1200 miles on it come Aug 9. I'll be sure to come back and share my experience for those with open minds.

Re: About to make the (small) leap
Will do, Bobby. Thanks for making a home for us here.
Not that I'll have anything earth-shattering to add, but I'll do what I can to get some pics posted along w/ my experience. I'm looking forward to getting those pegs closer to the road...
And I'll never forget your words of wisdom - it's either mental or tire pressure, lol.

Actually the tank trim would probably look good with my painted engine covers. Just saying

Re: About to make the (small) leap
Actually I have never said anything negative about tank trim, just havn't put any on my scoot. YET Can't do the fringe thing though. My bike stays outside too much to go that route. The only time my bike has been inside was the winter months it sat in the dining room.
