Moving sucks

Next time I'll sell blood or something to pay someone else to move us.

Got half the stuff into the house and then the utility company cut the power...even though I'd done the transfer 24 hours prior to them cutting the power...then they took 7 friggin hours to cut it back on. Now, it's hot but we keep moving stuff.

Then the power finally comes back on and the damn AC broke. Stupid woman the lived here prior ran the AC without a filter and she had two cats and a dog.......arghhh...well at that point it was 9pm...so no help there.


Just now got the AC fixed 36 hours later...cable's on....now to go drop off the keys to the apartment and never look back!

Yep moving sucks.......But when you walk in the door .... your HOME.....

Sorry to hear that my friend....it does suck moving to a new place!!!!!!!!!! Sorta like having a baby, when you get everything where you want it, you will forget what a pain it was to get there.

Be glad you were only moving an apartment worth of stuff. My last 2 moves were from and into 5 bedroom houses. Plus a 2 car garage full of man stuff.
Yep moving sucks, but I will never let someone else do it. Don't trust them around my guns and tools.

I dont think I will ever move, I have a 24x48 shop and a 20x44 barn that is full of man stuff, and I just spent 2 days cleanning the shop so I could get a car or truck in.

My kinda man right there. I need more buildings, my overflow is filling the yard now too.
