CT for 1500 Empty CT for 1500

Am going darkside and checking out different tires,,just found a Federal Formoza FD2 at a reasonable price.. Was reading before about these, some say they run them, others say they won't fit. Size 175-60-16 for a GL1500..Any input?? Thanks Other than that, will be the Dunlop Run Flat..

I'm running a 175/60/16 Dunlop runflat with no problem. Can't see why your tire won't work.

Just got the tire mounted today,, didn't go far with it, only 4 miles in the rain but it seemed to be a pretty smooth ride..They had some problems sealing it but it fit under with no problems,,,, looking forward to gettting out and riding with it,,,thanks for your help

Very Happy Very Happy Great, glad to hear it. We just got back, Pelham Al -Jackson Ms.- ran north on the Nachaz Trace Pky to Nashville, went over to the Oprey house hotel, WOW!- Lynchberg,Tn, Jack Daniels down through Huntsville Al= Then home. My Buddy just put on a Federal and he loves it, had a lot of fun , ate good great ride. bout 1000 miles. Very Happy Very Happy

I have a 2000 1500 Se and jusr went DS in August Used a 175/60/16 If I had it ti do over I would have gotten a 65 instead of 60 for heigth... Running higher rpm and a little less mpg, However I will prob never go back to MT.. I am using the Goodyear assraunce Max

to my knowledge their is no 65/ might be, but will it rub? One thing i would like to know, the Val. can run a bigger tire with no rubbing. I thought the swing arm was the same, apparently not..Does any on know.?
