Quick rundown for an 02 R?

Been reading and there is a lot of info. Can anyone tell me what size tire I could use to avoid having to do any grinding on my bike? I'm about 185 and my girl is about 145 and we do a lot of 2 up riding. This is for a 2002 1800R. Also, I know this is going to yield a lot of opinions but what is the best CT to use to keep the best cornering? If I can get enough info I'm going to try to get a tire by tomorrow and get it set up. My rear MC tire is all cupped to hell. Thanks everyone.

I just put a Goodyear Tripple Tread 205/60/16 on mine about 500 miles ago I am 6-1 200# and my wife is about 145, we have no problems. Rides great.
