DHL sucks

Why oh why does Dell use DHL for anything? Tammy's laptop came UPS...they're great.

The GPS came DHL...3 days later than it was supposed to be and I loved the answer when I called on the second day..

DHL--We deliver until 1159pm.

Wtf? you knock on my door at midnight you best be dying.

Then they finally deliver it the third day, at 8pm on saturday. After we stupidly stayed in Friday to get the GPS...didn't want it setting on the porch.

Well, now the rest of the laptop stuff...wireless mouse, cooling pad, etc was supposed to be here the 13th. It even shows in the local DHL hub at 0533 on the 13th...the idiots didn't attempt to put it on a truck until today.

I called back today,

DHL--OH, we don't deliver after 7pm

wtf?!?

Then she had the gail to ask if I wanted to waste my gas to pick it up myself...no I paid for shipping I want you to deliver the sob.

DHL SOOO SUCKS OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been using it since it came it...just fine...never worry with UPS...i'll never let anything be shipped DHL....lord...act of congress to get something from them.

i HOPE YOUR STUFF GETS THERE ALL IN WORKING ORDER. I ALSO HAVE SOMETHING COMING AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE .....yESTERDAY !! I guess I can hang it up for now !
(Christmas would be allot drier for me if it would have made it)

I used DHL and sent smokey my twin lite mod brackets and was suppose to get it him Saturday.....I talked to him today Christmas Eve and no package arrived yet......I am starting to think like toasted.
