I won't look into lowers until i have tried the shield. This one is about 18" long so hopefully that is ok.

update on altimax after 300 miles. Great! Corners are soo much easier, not because I think so but because of the feel. More secure. Bumps are softer! Think of all the people that bought new shocks, when all they needed was a ct! Very satisfied with results and wanted to thank all of the oldtimers with help and for being here. Got gas today and a harley rider walked by and said, damn, that tire is wide. When i told him car tire he had never heard of it before. i directed him to the site. He had a little puny skinny bald tire and said it cost 120. I think he will be a new convert.
