I recently went Darkdide with my 1400 Intruder. My friend has a Honda 750 Shadow and is VERY interested in the whole concept. I looked at his rear set up and his Honda rim has a really different
profile than my Suzuki's. It looks like it has a lip of sorts on the outside where the tire would want to seat. Does this rim accept a car tire?? Question He is so old school he does not have a computer or even a cell phone, so I am doing the research for him. scratch

What is the year, and what is the original size of his OEM tire?

I'm sure he can, but the info requested above will help figure out the size... tube or tubeless will help too...

His factory tire is a 170/80 15 on his 2002 750 Shadow Spirit. The rim looks to 4" wide
