I'm the very new guy here, I have just started the dirkside look and in need for as much help as I can get. I have a 2002 with 1300 final, want to stay with as close to the stock sixe tire as I can get. So my speedo will read as close to acc. What do you guy think of the Yokohama AVID H4S . in 205/60/16. I'm thinking that size would keep the size as close to stock Right?

The O.D. on that tire is 25.7", look under specs on your tire link, the stock rear is 26.02", so it's a little shorter, no major difference, most 205/60's are closer, MFG.'s specs vary in the same size.

The first car tire I ran on my X was a Yoko AS430 H in that same size. I have NOTHING bad to say about it! Very sticky tire that performed wonderfully in the rain and ALL temperatures. I've smoked it off dozens of times, cornered it so low that I was on the pipes, had it up to 140 mph on the Pa Turnpike and even had my fender brackets rub the heck out of it for a year! Great tire that exceeded ALL of my expectations.

I have the Yoko Avid H4S on my bike and although I only have about 200 miles on it, I have been pleased with it for my first darkside experience. Have my shocks set on 4 and the tire at 40psi and every time I get on it, it gets more and more comfortable to me. Wet traction on my first ride was incredible and I can't get the tire to spin - haven't tried holding the front break for a burn out yet. Had to do a quick stop in the rain to test it and stopped straight as an arrow and no slipping. Bought mine from Discount Tires's eBay page for $85 shipped, threw in 3oz of dynabeads and I was all done. Erik
