Car tire on the front

If you want a front tire to last longer, you can mount a rear tire on the front. Just make sure you mount the rotation arrows backwards.
A car tire no. Unless you own a trike.

So far I have not been able to find a car tire narrow enough to put on the front of my scoot. If I ever find one narro enough and that looks like it will do what I want one to do I will try it. So far though it has not happened. As Unca Jerr said a few with wings and valks are running a rear tire on the front just changing the rotation around.

this is not quite a proven fact....

I am running a REAR Motorcycle Tire on the front of my Gold Wing with forward rotation and it has over 14,000 miles on it now and it Looks brand new... I have not "bought" into the thinking process of the folks saying that it should be run with backward rotation.... I've not had ANY issues.. No stopping, braking or stepping out problems...

So.............. I'll always run the tire with forward rotation until I find proof or prove to myself that i should run it backwards....
