Good Year Assurance Tripletread
I have a 165/80/15 and like it pretty much, but would like to go with a wider tire. The thing is, I'm short. I like the way the tire I have gets me closer to flatfoot. Yes, I already have the lowrider seat and 11.5" shocks. I'm going to lower my front end a little soon. But, I'm wondering which tire would get me the lowest to the ground (in the 205's that is) and also give me the width. I like the way the tripletread looks and was thinking about that. What is the difference in the height of the 205/70r15 and 205/65r15?
Anybody have any suggestions.

Re: Good Year Assurance Tripletread
I think the 70 is about 1 in. taller than the 65. The 65 is really close to stock.

that's right the lower the middle number the shorter the side walls= shorter the tire

I looked at the Yokahama, and Im not sure about the bead, I think it is to wide. If you measure the bead and its about 5 1/2 it may mount

This tire is a Potenza, and it was 5 1/2 in. and a very very very ( I had to put the extra very in there) stiff side wall, I had a hel oops heck of a time mounting it, it did do some damage to the rim, but its a good tire.
