Pictures to make you smile!
I thought it would be nice if we had a thread to post pictures other than bikes. It is a good place to put pictures of family, grandchildren, sunsets, moon rise, and anything that makes you smile.
My first contribution is of my part time job:

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
Here is MY favortie race driver in the world. My son. He does what you tell him and he is honestly the most fun to watch race that I have ever seen.
Here he's showing off for the camera going into the turn...hammer down. Notice his left leg is up and the right leg is out of sight, he's got it shoved to the floor. He's 13 yrs.old and weighs 74 lbs. on an F200 Junior motor with a 16mm restrictor plate in it and still puts out 14 hp.
If you like that, watch him with a helmet camera on his kart with a restricted motor against adults on un-restricted motors. He's slows down and waits on the fastest guy and then gives him a run for his money. He's awesome....a giant killer.

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
Great pics so far..
Got a few.
Best and happiest moment of my life.
She'd forgotten my ring...we couldn't stop laughing about it...everyone had bugged me all morning about everything I had to do/get...no one ever asked her about my ring.

Yeah I got that handle a long time ago . Here it is on my other bike it has a custom cut polished stainless steel DRAGON on its grill. My friend makes them .You think any of the VTX guys would be interested ? And thanks for the kind words about Presley she has had a hard road since her pre-mature birth.

I think plenty of us would love something like that. Didn't like the Kury swing arm cover and anything that would make the bike more mine so to speak would be a great touch.
Presley's a cutie though. Bet ya spoil her rotten don't ya? My folks told me it was already in the works for our first born(sometime late July)

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
Wow!!! What a nice surprise this morning to see all the pictures. All of them are just great!
This is my Dad about 2 years ago. He died in Feb. of this year. Beside it is my tattoo of him that was done from a sketch from 1969. I had it done before he died so that he could see how I pictured him when I thought about him. He was very touched by it and happy to know that I didn't think of him as the sick old man he had become.
I miss him.

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
Thanks. He really liked it. My mom was pretty upset about it. I don't know why as it was my fourth tattoo. I told her that I was looking for a good photo to do her picture from. She was not happy. LOL!Smokin'joeVRCCDS#0005 wrote:Awesome tribute to your Dad Shebear .

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
Okay, now I'm really getting jealous of all the people who are grandparents of such beautiful babies and kids. My son is 27 and I think I need to let him know that it is TIME to have kids. Well, I won't really do that, but I really wouldn't mind being a granny someday.

Re: Pictures to make you smile!
My son is the only grandchild my parents have. He has one cousin on his father's side. And no cousins from his step-father's side. By the time Greg and I got married, it was too late for me to have kids. I guess we just have to be patient. I'm not sure he will ever have kids. His girlfriend is a bit older than he is and she is very career oriented. That is a familiar family set up for my son. Greg and I both wanted to have one parent at home for him and we were both at a point where we were looking for new jobs when we got married. I got the better job so Greg stayed home. Who knows what time will bring? (only the Shadow, lol!)
