Post  DS-Wing-Nut Sun Jul 27, 2008 5:19 pm

Sorry.......... I've been RIDING!!

Ok....Friday night I took deliver of a beautiful 2006 Honda GoldWing with only 5,121 miles on her. She is gorgeous and I'm in LOVE!! WOW what a ride..... can't wait to take her over to the darkside!
and i got her just in time for mine and my wifes trip down to the Texas Hill Country next weekend... (Th, Fri, Sat. and Sun.)

Let me post some pics.... It was very coincidental..... The color totally matches my wifes 2007 Honda Civic coupe car.

These pics do not show the passenger armrests but I have them installed now. Wife Loves them... Guys...I can't tell you in words how AWESOME this ride is. Handling and Power are out of this world. She handles better than my shadow. I can drive her as hard and lean her over with out worry. I can't wait to get her on the DARKSIDE... Oh my I can only imagine how the handling will increase. Thanks for looking!!

If you want a new one you will have to get a Wing but if you want to hold out and look for a deal like Smokin Joe got on his Valk I/S then you have just as good a ride but you don't have all the goodies that come with the wing. They don't cost nearly as much either. I love my Valk. A real easy riding bike so you can ride for hours and not be worn out. Twin and I rode back to Denham Springs, La from Mt. Ida, Ark and I was tired but not worn out. A real smooth ride.

Wow! Nice ride "Dark Wing" I'd like one of those just so I could cruise across Texas at 100mph....

I didn't see the blender and espresso machine on that model? ;-)

What are you going to do with the old shadow?

Let me know when you want to put a CT on that bike. I'll head down and help out.

I just thought of a name for you, how about " Vulcon-Bomber "
New Login Name Xm645andwhite
or how about "B-2 Spirit"
New Login Name B2-bomber
and the "YB-49"
New Login Name 755px-YB49-2_300
as you can see all are of a "flying wing" design and you now have a goldwing i thought it might fit.
But then you would have make an explanation of the name to everyone for them to understand .
good luck in finding a name I hope I helped ,
