"OLD" 1995 Vulcan 1500A... any reccomendations or stay away froms???

Hi all. Gathering information for the next Darkside..Did the DS long ago on old honda chopper! had a VW tire on it and loved every moment.. now 95 BUBF vulcan 1500..stock tire is 150/90-15

a 165/80 is almost exact but I see limited ones I like. I'd LIKE a symmetrical or directional tread.. just for the look. but I'll take any and ALL advice. thanks in advance. tom.. NW PA
