Kingpin 2011 - wheel questions

My first time here. I have a 2011 Kingpin with a sidecar. I saw a post on using a 215/45x18. I am not concerned about using a car tire in theory. The Kingpin wheel is 5.5" and a 215/45/18 requires a 7' wheel. Has anyone had problems with this application? Anyone use a different wheel.

Welcome Kingpin 
I've got no experience with Victory rims, but Honda 1300 VTX rims are 3.5 inches wide
and 205/70/15 tires call for a much wider rim are easily mounted and work very well.
