Saddle Bags Empty Saddle Bags

I am looking for a good set of saddle bags for my vtx1800, waterproof, plain, durable and fit well. Has anyone had a good experience with a a set of bags. Not looking to spend a bunch but want something permanent. VTX1800 is a lttle different with the shock and this is my first big cruiser.
