Hi there!
I ride a 2007 1800 T with a car tire.(205 Michelin)
Which hitch could I use with it?
Inside the fender ones are out of the equation according to HitchUsa.com
What would you guys recommend?

hitch doc. com their hitch is oo the out side of fender and they look good

MCHITCH out of Magnolia IA. Check that one out. Saved roughly $125 over HITCH DOC on the VTX

I use the HitchDoc. Solid. Some trouble mounting depending on how much stuff you already have attached to the fender struts.
