Re: windshield urathane seal spokes
Well, speaking only for myself, I went with what had been used by many before me and was a proven winner the 3M 5200. I didn't sandblast the wheel because others before me just scuffed it lightly with sandpaper. I studied the Darkside for 2 years before I got the guts to try it so I just went with what was going to work. I am very happy, have had no issues no leaks or any other issues. Love my tire and will never go back.

Try it, you may get lucky.
if it dont work, you just have to pull it down and redo.
Some guys have tried different products, and have failed, some, it has worked out for.
Myself, I dont like redos, I never have.
Im a General Contractor, and I have always said, if its worth doing, its worth doing right.

Re: windshield urathane seal spokes
I found a sealing method on a site called SmugMug using seal all and household goop.Had to reseal my rear tire 3 times before I stoped finding leaks. Then when the weather got cold,it started leaking from both rims.
Just go with what's tried and proven to work.Go with the 3M-5200.
