2004 1100 Silverado

My friend is thinking of coming over to the darkside. He has a 2004 1100 Silverado with a 15 inch rear wheel. What would be a good tire for him to use?

What is the stock tire size?
I'm thinking you won't be able to get a 205 width in there, if you can find a VW tire 165/80/15 would most likely work well.

170/80/15 is the stock size. 165/80/15 would be a good starting point.

Thank you both very much for your help. One other thing, I've heard that sometimes there can be problems with fitting car tires to 15 inch bike rims. Is there any truth to this and has anyone had any problems with this on the Yamaha rims of this size?

I've seen many 15 inch Honda rims mounted with a car tire and have not heard of any problems with them fitting.
