I have been running a DS tire on my 1400 Intruder for a few years now. Not sure if I want to put one on my M109R.

I definatly want to go DS when it's time to reshoe my C109. Any one running a DS that is as wide or wider than stock?

240/55R16
I saw on one forum where someone was running a narrower tire, but can't find anything as wide or wider that is as tall.

I've seen where a 245/50/16 was used. It has a diameter of about 25 3/4 inches, your stock tire is about 26 1/3 inches.
Thats is just a bit over a 1/2 inch in total diameter difference.

Taller tires in the 245 width are SUV tires and are about 30 inches tall Shrug

Ha Laughing 30 inches may be a bit too tall. It would give me a good drop in RPMs at highway speeds though.
